Dr. Elashaal trained in Ireland with a double Fellowship from Toronto. The first fellowship is in skull base and vascular neurosurgery and the second one is in complex spinal neurosurgery. He has a special interest in endoscopic neurosurgery including endoscopic pituitary surgery, trigeminal neuralgia, brain and spinal tumors, vascular lesions, hydrocephalus and minimally invasive & endoscopic spinal surgery and complex spinal surgery.
